[FriBidi] API compatibility issue with 0.19.1 release ?

Hi,

it seems 2 functions that were available before (at least in the 0.10
series) are no longer "exported":
- fribidi_utf8_to_unicode
- fribidi_unicode_to_utf8
I therefore have to define them myself in my program, using the
FRIBIDI_NAMESPACE magic:

As fribidi main page claims that fribidi2 "is supposed to be fully
API/ABI compatible with the 0.10 series", I thought you'd like to know
that, as far as I see, it is not the cause because of the above.
