- Full support for ptime/maxptime (requires yet unreleased
gst-plugins-base 0.10.26 and gst-plugins-good 0.10.17 to be useful)
- Use a codec other than PCMA or PCMU for DTMF (as sound) if PCMA or
PCMU are not presen (for example, if the othe side is a simple system
that does not support multiple simultaneous codecs and something else
was picked).
- Fix the locking in FsRtpSubStream to prevent some rare deadlock
- Full negotiation of which telephone-event can be sent
- A build fix contributed by Armijn Hemel
- Fix some odd bugs

Now requires gst-plugins-bad 0.0.17 (because of fixed DTMF elements).
