Policy about trademarks

Well Fedora is pretty strict on this, but we do not have such a database, a 
trademark does not need to be registered to be protected. So when we suspect an 
issue we just google for the name and if it is still being actively used in 
anyway by the original creator (or new owners) we pick a different name.
