git repositories for two games: kball and kraptor

Hi,

I've uploaded kball and kraptor to git, with Debian patches already
applied (the k has nothing to do with KDE)

Some work is still needed to leave them in a proper state valid for all distros.

Both were released in 2004, and even though upstream has been
responsive when I contacted him, there has never been any release
afterwards. I'm CC'ing him anyway.
