xBill

Hi,
    not a long ago, I noticed that Fedora doesn't ship xBill.

Therefore I created a package for it. I've asked Fedora-legal if xBill
is suitable for inclusion because it uses many logos in the game:

If it won't be acceptable, I'll submit the package to RPM Fusion.

I used a patch by Gentoo to enable GTK2 and one from Debian to use an
updated Hurd logo.

I also made two new patches: one to fix highscore view when compiling
with FORTIFY_SOURCE=2, the other to drop setgid privileges after
opening the score file.

You may want to use my patches in other distributions.
