[ghns] DXS implementation

Hi,

I will continue work on DXS in a few weeks. And yes, we can play around
a bit with SOAP and DXS first, but we should create a wsdl file listing
all functions in the early future. We shouldn´t forget, that our target
is to create a standard, so that a lot of people can do
implementations.
