This bug is fixed if libglamor used with older xserver versions. I suppose this change is responsible: Revert "glamor: Fix coordinates handling for composite source/mask pictures" Are there any plans to solve this issue before the 1.6 release? Xfce and probably other DEs that dont use compositing will be affected. As mentioned in the revert commit log, the fix for tray icons broke KDE window decorations.
