GStreamer android SDK no element vorbisenc

Ok.

1.
Now it could create the socket.

But it fails just after some seconds with:

2. I try to see the video
Make file is the same.
line 149 in tutorial-2.c
data->pipeline = gst_parse_launch("videotestsrc ! vp8enc ! webmmux
streamable=true ! tcpserversink port=8554", &error);

I get:
Error received from element vp8enc0: Failed to initialize encoder.
