how to use android media codecs in gst pipelines

I have updated my tablet to Jelly Bean and now I have media-codecs.xml.

Launching my apps I have seen that new gst elements are loaded and in
particular all decoders related to media-codecs.xml but not encoders (I
have seen it using a sort of gst-inspect on android implemented by me).

What could be the problem?
