You should use cerbero from here:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero/

And then use the "1.2" branch, and "package gstreamer-1.0" (not
gstreamer-1.0-sdk). That will build 1.2.3 (plus some bugfixes).
