Sebastian,

I found the code in aacparse you were referring to, but it appears to only
convert from ADTS to raw if the format being parsed doesn't match the
*static pad caps* defined by aacparse. It doesn't appear to negotiate the
stream format based on the downstream capabilities. I might look into
making this change, though. It does seem like the right solution.
