HLS and keyframes

Thanks - working now. The glitching problem is because the EXTINF durations
are estimates and not close enough - so the playlist says it's a 5 second
segment when really it's a 3 second segment and so the pipeline stalls for
2 seconds. I'll have to figure out how to make my durations accurate...
