RTSP url without mount point

Hello Team,

I have developed rtsp server running on android device. RTSP URL in the
form rtsp://serverip:port/mount works fine. Any rtsp client like vlc,
ffplay or gst client able to view rtsp stream.

Now one of the client can take rtsp url only till port without mount point.
As per the rtsp mount point spec in gstreamer , the mount point cannot be
empty.

Can you guide me how I can achieve this functionality?
