In videodev2.h. Use the current CVS of gst-plugins, use a 2.4.20-rcX
kernel and use the latest video4linux2 patches from Gerd Knorr's site
(http://www.bytesex.org/patches/). Gerd's current version is integrated
in 2.5.x and is thus the only supported version. Any other version of
video4linux2 (such as bttv2, videodevX, the original video4linux2 from
thedirks.org) is unsupported.
