Bug#: 110269
Product: GStreamer
Version: cvs
OS: Linux
OS Details:
Status: NEW
Resolution:
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-player
AssignedTo: gstreamer-maint at bugzilla.gnome.org
ReportedBy: in7y118 at public.uni-hamburg.de
QAContact: gstreamer-maint at bugzilla.gnome.org
TargetMilestone: 0.6.x
URL:
Summary: player crashes when visualisation can't use audio format

Steps to reproduce:
1. use default gconf entries
2. start gst-player
3. load AlienSong (get it at http://gstreamer.net/media/AlienSong.mpg )
4. hit play

expected: a great movie
found: a not so great segfault

The reason is probably that this particular mpg uses mono audio and the
goom visualization can't cope with that.
