+Description of Problem:
+gst_player_view always seems to crash both itself and nautilus.  This
+especially seems to happen only if gst_player_view opens a file that it
+really wasn't intended to look at, such as an RPM file (which for some
+reason gst_player somehow penciled itself as being the one responsible
+to open RPM files as well as many other types of files). 
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. double click on RPM file
+2. gst-player-view will start up, show splash screen inside of nautilus
+window
+3. click away the nautilus window: voila!
+
+Actual Results:
+gst-player-view crashes both itself and nautilus
+
+Expected Results:
+gst-player-view should be able to quite nicely.
+
+How often does this happen?
+every time.
