configure says it won't build docs because i don't have fig2dev but gst-doc.m4
want them absolutely :

   test "x$HAVE_FIG2DEV_PNG" = "xtrue"; then (line 88)
   test "x$HAVE_FIG2DEV_EPS" = "xtrue" && \ (line 100)

that should explain the following lines :
configure: Will not output HTML documentation
configure: Will not output PS documentation
configure: Will not output PDF documentation

but not why they don't install
