Please give references where seriousness in source code is causally related (or
even correlated with) being taken seriously.  What may seem obvious to you is
not obvious to me.

Also note that lawyers like to be paid, and so are likely to choose an easier
target than a silly comment that is, at most, a parody of a legal document.
