further enhancement

Added features:

* finally supports recent vdr channels.conf format
* added missing properties for DVB-T
* changed mime type from video/mpeg to video/mpeg-ts
* sample channels.conf for DVB-T, -S, -C (from vdr)
* autogen.sh for dvbsrc and ts-tools directory
