+When v4l-conf is not installed, gstreamer-properties still attempt to call
+it when I go to 'Test' my v4l source. The output window shows up (meaning
+the test works, I suppose) -- the window is simply green and flickering, so
+I figure it's tuned to some weird frequency (after installing v4l-conf, the
+test window is identical).
