There is some redundancy in the 'klass-ification' of some plugins.

The following patch moves the plugins found in
'Codec/[Audio|Video]/[En|De]coder' to the appropriate
'Codec/[En|De]coder/[Audio|Video]' klass, which is currently much more populated.
