Yes, I fixed this two days ago or so. I'm not sure if the fix is 100% correct,
it might turn out to be a somewhat bad idea for chained ogg (but if I understand
the specs correctly, then this will actually make chained ogg work too; however,
untested, so probably not). We'll see once we get there.
