gst-launch --gst-debug=*alsa*:5  alsasrc device=hw:1 ! audioconvert !
audioscale ! alsasink device=dmix0  2>&1 | tee	gst-launch-alsadmix.log

This works with asound.conf/.asoundrc setup with a dmix plug
