depending on how we would clean it enought/make it work fully, your plugins
would go somewhere in gstreamer CVS.

if fully working : gst-plugins under sys/ for dvbsrc and under gst/ for
tsparse/ts2ps

if not : in gst-sandbox/dvb

i have CVS access for gstreamer but the decision to put it in one or the other
would not be mine.
