this is not a real MP3 file (MPEG ADTS, v1/2 layer III)
it is a WAVE file containing mpeg 1/2 layer III

so, insert wavparse between filesrc and mad :
filesrc location=file.mp3 ! wavparse ! mad ! audioconvert ! audioscale ! esdsink
