Please describe the problem:
I just tried playing the Playboy Mansion game trailer video using Totem +
gstreamer. Due to missing the mpeg2dec-devel file I didn't have the mpeg2dec
plugin installed so I got the ffmpeg one instead. This had some negative effects.
First of all it caused the video to be 'lagging' in the sense that the image was
jumping a little forward. The aspect ratio also seemed wrong, or at least it was
different from the aspect ratio mplayer gave. Anyway recompiling plugins now to
test with mpeg2dec.Sound worked fine.

Link to playboy game movie below:

Steps to reproduce:
Play an mpeg in (or maybe this specific mpeg) in Totem without having the
mpeg2dec plugin only the ffmpeg mpeg plugin.

Actual results:
Video image do not play smoothly.

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
