Description of the crash:
gsteamer-properties crashes on clickin Test for sound output if
~/.gstreamer* does not exist

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. rm -rf ~/.gstreamer
2. gsteamer-properties
3. click Test for sound output

Expected Results:
A crash is not expected.

How often does this happen?
This happens every time the steps above are executed.
