patch for audio

Attached patch should fix audio by adding a WMA3 decoder to pitfdll; it doesn't
work, however, GetOutputSizeInfo() returns DMO_E_TYPE_NOT_SET for some
ununderstandable reason. I don't want to debug this further, so leaving for
whoever feels like it.

Video works again in current CVS.
