Please describe the problem:
when using the adder plugin, I tried to connect two sinks to it (outputs from
the mad mp3 decoder), but it wouldn't connect properly to more than one sink.

Steps to reproduce:
1. try to add more than one sink to an adder instance
2. see it not work
3. 


Actual results:
the adder plugin won't connect to two sources

Expected results:
the adder plugin should have connected to two sources

Does this happen every time?
