the unversioned versions of the gst tools (gst-launch, gst-inspect, ...) are run
through a wrapper function (tools/gst-run.c) and it isn't possible to get the
arguments from the real called programm.

If you wish to have the available arguments, use the real program (ex:
gst-launch-0.9) which has all available arguments.
