right.

the concept of "Media Mapping" (of which two are defined by xiph atm, but
there's also annodex, and more will come in the future) should probably be
implemented as a subclass of oggmux.  The media mappings aren't even guaranteed
to be consistent with one another, and are codec-specific, which we don't want
to do in the generic ogg muxer.

so someone needs to come up with a nice way of implementing them as subclasses
