NULL check patch to TestEncoder

Kevin, if you can, would you test this patch against Banshee? It adds a
null/IntPtr.Zero check to TestEncoder. If doesn't solve anything, then I'll
keep my bets on LAME.

Also, can you provide the LAME pipeline that is being tested? You can find it
in GConf: /apps/Banshee/EncoderProfiles
