Steps to reproduce:
1. Download
http://ploum.fritalk.com/videos/Tessa_Martin_Terriblement_efficace.wmv
2. Try to play it with Totem-gstreamer on latest Ubuntu Dapper (the sound plays
but the image is frozen on the first frame)
3. Try to seek

DMO dll supports VO Optimizations 0 1
