This looks like the 'dvdsubdec' plugin might not have been installed and
playbin doesn't handle that decently - or something like that. The state change
warning used to happen quite a bit in 0.8 and usually wasn't something to worry
about.

In any case, I don't think this will be looked into for 0.8, and DVD support in
0.10 isn't quite there yet (doesn't handle subpictures yet), so I think keeping
this bug open isn't very useful at the moment.

When full DVD support hits GStreamer-0.10, I'm sure we'll get plenty of new
bugs for any issues that arise.
