It isn't possible to extract metadata-interval - that's why it HAS to be
provided by an upstream element. This is because it's a dumb-ass protocol
(blame nullsoft!)

neonhttpsrc should have the appropriate bits added to work with this; doing  so
shouldn't be too hard.
