videotestsrc ! ffenc_mjpeg ! jpegdec ! xvimagesink fails too.
But at least it displays (garbled) moving picture, whereas ffenc_mjpeg !
ffdec_mjpeg only seems to display one frame.

So I'd say there's a problem with both ffenc_mjpeg and ffdec_mjpeg
