Thanks.  Yes, I had it working with rb very briefly (just before reporting this
bug) but even then it would only ever save changes once, subsequent changes
would revert.  I really meant has anybody got it working recently?  

I am trying to test both the old id3tag plugin from gst 0.8 and the new id3mux
plugin from gst 0.10 in standalone mode, but I haven't found any sample
pipelines I can adapt (and it can't be tested via gst-launch, that's out of
scope according to wingo, jan schmidt and others on #gstreamer IRC chat).
