There is most likely is an asfdemux bug here, no question about it.

Still, it's perfectly legitimate for the demuxer to send out frames with
GST_CLOCK_TIME_NONE (if frames with a correct timestamps have been sent ealier)
- the decoder should set sane timestamps on outgoing buffers in that case, e.g.
based on the frame rate, shouldn't it? So the ffmpeg decoder probably needs
fixing too in that case.
