The new gst_audio_default_registry_mixer_filter() in
gst-plugins-base/gst-libs/gst/audio/mixerutils.[ch] should find mixers that
don't implement the GstPropertyProbe interface as well.

Still, it should be implemented in OSS, otherwise people with more than one
soundcard will only have one found.
