Currently it's not possible to specify multiple default/preferred sound devices
in GConf, so all applications without its own sound device chooser share the
same global default.

I propose to add profile support to gconfaudiosink, so the application is able
to specify whether it wants to play sound events, music/movies, or use the
sound device for audio/video conferencing. I've chosen the division into these
three categories according to

Patch will follow soon. This bug is part of my sound configuration patches to
allow sane graphical selection of sound cards in GNOME.
