Patch to libmms

With Wim's patch, the stream does not cause a segfault anymore, but it is not
played either. This patch should make the stream work regularly.

Anyway, this patch is to libmms, not to GStreamer. So I cross-posted it to
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1521441&group_id=101989&atid=630609
