Patch to fix decodebin in case of GST_CAPS_ANY

This patch simplifies the syntax of the function close_pad_link. In addition,
if a pad with GST_CAPS_ANY is encountered, linking is postponed until the pad
changes its caps to more specific ones.

This works with the (patched) bz2dec plugin.
