Could you run totem like this from the command line:

 $ export GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1
 $ export GST_DEBUG=*:5
 $ totem /path/to/your/file.vob 2> dbg.log
 ... then try to produce the error and then exit totem ...

Then please run

 $ gzip dbg.log

and attach the resulting dbg.log.gz file to this bug report.
