Summary: [PATCH] videoscale support for 32-bit RGB-formats
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: HEAD CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: philip at lysator.liu.se
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: 2.13/2.14
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Please describe the problem:
With the attached patch applied, videoscale supports RGBA, ARGB, BGRA and ABGR.
Before this patch, videoscale was unable to handle 32-bit color, which meant
that I had to add an extra ffmpegcolorspace (which supports RGBA and ARGB) just
before the sink. Apart from being annoying, it's a CPU waster.
