No idea what's going on here from the log, it's all a bit weird. The index for
example seems to have multiple entries at the same byte position for the same
stream but with different time offsets, and where it should seek to ca ~8
minutes it actually seeks to ~4 minutes something (while seeking to the byte
position claimed to be around 8mins in the index). But despite all that it
should still output something. Would be easier to debug with the file in hand.
