gst-launch udpsrc port=5000 caps="application/x-rtp" ! rtpspeexdepay ! speexdec
! alsasink -v

consumes 99% CPU.  I am assuming this isn't the wanted behaviour.  I have
tested with other RTP depayloaders also so I am assuming the problem is with
base RTP depayloader.

Gstreamer installed from stock RPMs.
