Fixed in CVS, by undef'ing PYGIL_API_IS_BUGGY beforehand.

        * gst/pygstminiobject.h:
        Some crack distributions do weirdo stuff with PYGIL_API_IS_BUGGY.
        Let's keep our own detection.
