Same file retagged using id3mux

This is the same file:

http://gstreamer.net/media/incoming/V2.mp3

retagged using id3mux, with this pipeline:

GST_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/local/lib/gstreamer-0.10 gst-launch-0.10 filesrc
location=../orig/V2.mp3 ! id3demux ! id3mux ! filesink location=V2-id3mux.mp3

to match the version in attachment #60950.  xmms and xine do not see the tags
in this file.
