Hi,

GStreamer now properly checks for libcheck_pic.a before libcheck.a under Debian
and Ubuntu systems, but the pkg-config files hardcode "-lcheck".

I'll attach a patch which switch to @CHECK_LIBS@ in the pkg-config files.
