Steps to reproduce:
1. Install ubuntu/gnome desktop
2. Producing a crash is very simple: start any video file on the desktop, in a
browser, a dvd, a movie-cd etc...
3. gstreamer doesn't play the file, crashes, plays it slowly, etc etc...

Yeah I have, I'm running gstreamer for nearly 5 years now (or 6? I forgot) and
nothing changed...#nothing#
Please scram this pile of bugs altogether...
